Interrupt the worry cycle


If you worry extremely, it can seem like cold thoughts are moving through your head on infinite repeat. The best thing you can do break this cycle with the exercise. Exercise releases endorphins which decrease tension and stress, boost stamina and enhance your sense of well-being. Meditate, deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation also work like magic. 


Talk about your worries


Keeping problems to yourself only makes them grow up until they seem devastating. Try to talk with your support system and let them know about your worries. Sharing problems with someone can produce resolutions that you may not have thought of alone.
